Exhibition rules
Cancellation of and changes to applications
Regardless of the application type, cancellation of or changes to applications cannot be accepted in principle. Those requiring such action due to circumstances beyond their control are required to submit a document explaining the reasons to the Congress Organizers for approval. In the event that such requests are accepted, exhibition fees will not be refunded.
Exhibits: supervision, theft, damage and accidents
Exhibitors shall be responsible for supervising their exhibits, and the organizers will not compensate or be responsible for any damages due to theft, loss, fire, natural disaster or other force majeure. Exhibitors should take appropriate measures such as securing insurance cover for their exhibits, and are required to resolve any problems arising from accidents for which they are responsible; the Congress Organizers will not be held liable for such accidents.
Changes to or cancellation of the exhibition
The Congress Organizers may change the schedule of or cancel the exhibition due to natural disaster, force majeure or other circumstances beyond its control. It will not compensate for any losses resulting from such changes or cancellation. Exhibition fees will be refunded if the cancellation is made before the exhibition date; however, expenses already incurred by exhibitors before the cancellation will not be compensated for. Applications will remain valid after any changes to the exhibition schedule, and exhibitors may not cancel their exhibits due to such changes.
Suspension and cancellation of applications
If an exhibit or its contents are not appropriate for the exhibition, the Congress Organizers may suspend or reject the application in question.
Changes and additions to the rules
The Congress Organizers will make the final decision on matters not covered by the exhibition rules or objections to any item they contain. Exhibitors will be notified of any changes or additions deemed necessary to the exhibition rules for the purposes of the exhibition.
